SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Shank Type: 3 Flatted Sides Shank, shank diameter is 5/16"(8 mm).
2. Depth of the hole which a hole saw can drill at once: 1/4"(6 mm).
FEATURES:
• 2 back-up centre bits(one for 30mm hole saw, one for 16-25mm hole saw) included,
no need to worry about can't find replacement bits if the centre bits get snapped.
DRILLING MATERIALS & THICKNESS REQUIREMENTS:
1. Can drill holes in(included but not limited to):
• Wood (wood board, plywood, laminate, etc)
• Soft Metal (soft metal like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, etc; can't drill in hard metal like steel cast iron, etc)
• Plastic (plastic board, PVC water pipe, etc)
2. Thickness Requirements:
• Only can drill soft metal whose thickness is within 2 mm but can drill wood and plastic whose thickness is at a reasonable level.
USAGE SUGGESTION:
• Hole saw may become overheated and get damaged or even burned up due to fast rotary friction,
we suggest customers to use cutting fluid to keep the hole saw cold during usage.
• Keep the drill be stable when drilling, otherwise the centre bit may get snapped due to excessive shaking.
• Start drilling with a slow drill rotary speed, or the centre bit may be shattered on first use.
• The larger the hole saw is, the slower the drill rotary speed should be, this way can protect the centre bit from getting snapped.
