Made in Italy by GI.METAL, for the wood-fired pizza making professional. This shovel is made from steel which has been aluminized to reflect heat and increase durability.

The shovel is approximately 10 inches across at the front and it's aluminum handle is sturdy, lightweight and stays cool and is itself about 59 inches long.

This shovel is ideal for the outdoor pizza maker with an oven that is a little deeper and you need a little more reach.

Works well for cleaning the ashes out of the oven, but when the oven is fired up, you may find this shovel useful for moving hot coals around, adding wood chips, or even using it to put small cookware in and out of the oven, which isn't too heavy.
