These are the same exact size replacement Brass Inserts as the dealer sells. Part #16585-96. The picture showing the Harley-Davidson package with the part number IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY. These inserts are used for Harley-Davidson touring bikes with Batwing fairings starting from 1996, part #16585-96. The 96 in the part number is the year they started making them. The factory pressed-in inserts pulling out or spinning is not an uncommon occurrence. These are NOT inserts used for woodworking. These brass inserts can NOT be bought at a home-fix-it store.
