The Astro 9456 Rivet Nut Hog – Stepped Installation & Removal bit is made from CNC machined M2 High Speed Steel and is designed to drill holes and remove all sizes and brands of rivet nuts from 6-32& M3 to ½-13 & M12. At 3.3” long and extending 2.6” past the drill, this unit features a chamfered steps designed to shave down set rivet nuts sizes, and a 135 degree split point to easily start holes in sheet metal. Easily reference drill sizes with the included toolbox magnetized chart.
