Beautiful Hawaiian Plumeria artificial silk flower headbands, Our Haku silk leis are elasticized to fit most straw hats and heads. Measures from 12" to 20" length when fully outstretched. We have all the colors to match the leis. Haku leis may also be used as ankle-bands and wrist-bands by twisting to double them up to fit a smaller diameter.
