The pillow has a soft microfiber fill and is ideal for stomach sleepers, as the head can sink into the hole in the middle of the pillow, while the neck gets comfortable support. The spine won't be twisted upwards as in a regular pillow. It is also good for side and back sleepers, but we strongly recommend our Shredded Foam Pillow for optimal a sleeping experience for back sleepers.
