Cookware has a hard anodized surface that is durable, heats evenly/quickly, and prevents hot spots. Material is harder than steel, thick, and chip-resistant. Nonstick delivers exceptional performance, makes cleaning/food release easy, and allows for healthy cooking. Tempered glass lids with steam vent makes viewing food easy, keeps heat/moisture in, and fits on fry pans. Stainless steel handles stay cool/comfortable, are riveted for strength, and has a hole for hanging. Not induction compatible. Works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500F, glass lid to 350F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
