Problems? When I replaced this screen I couldn't get it to light up at first. If this happens, try "Hard reset": Press and Hold the "Power + Volume Down" buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until phone booting up, then release both buttons. When "Start" displayed on screen, press Power button again to start phone. This will reset the phone and get it to recognize the new screen. "Hard reset" as instructed above is not a factory reset. It will not erase any personal file.
