Pai spent over a year developing these new Dual Effect Sensitive Cloth. While customers love the classic muslin for exfoliation, it wasn't suitable for use around the eye area or by those with extremely sensitive skin. Pai's light bulb moment happened in the shower (where many great ideas originate) - why take two cloths in, a flannel and a muslin, when you could combine them into one! After some exhaustive testing of prototypes, they hit upon the perfect cloth for ultra gentle cleansing on every type of sensitive skin.
