I’ve been getting a ton of emails asking how it’s working out at the gym after so many years of being a cellar-dweller and garage gorilla. (If you missed the April issue of The Dinosaur Files, you need to grab it and read the full story. Briefly, Trudi and I have done what many people our age do after the kids have grown up and moved out – we sold our big, five-bedroom house and downsized to a two-bedroom apartment, which is actually the second floor of a duplex in a nice, old house about five blocks from where we used to live. So far, the apartment has been great. The only problem is, I can’t train in the apartment, the garage and basement are too low for overhead lifting, and so I’m back to the gym for the first time in many years.)
