The remote portion you will be able to program yourself using a set of instructions. The key portion must be brought to either a dealership or an automotive locksmith for cutting and programming.
The remote can be programmed before cutting the key blade as long as you have one cut key for the vehicle.
The key must be cut prior to the key portion programming attempt.

The remote key is a replacement item, not an original item, but will look and function just like an original one would.
