ANNUAL- Alyssum Carpet of Snow [ Lobularia Maritima ] is outstanding, quick flowering, low border plant. This fragrant garden favorite produces masses of crisp white blooms. Flowers are pure white florets, 1/4 inches wide, in 1-2 inch wide clusters. The plant is old-fashioned sweet, honey-like fragrance and delicate beauty. Early-blooming plants blanket the ground with thimble-shaped clusters of pure-white blossoms all season.It is a low spreading compact plant, 4-6 inches high, and 12-15 inches across, and it is densely covered with sweetly-scented, white flowers.
