please follow the sixth photo tips take out the both side PP cotton,
reinstall the blue cover without PP cotton,
put this filter into the pitcher, filter the water 1 or 2 times in this way,
the air pressure in the filter will come out,
reinstall the PP cotton,
You will see the water flow out from two sides fluently.
