Change is upon us. We revamped our original stamping polish set and give you one of our Essentials Stamping Polish Sets. So what changed? Well, we made these polishes heavier and ever more pigmented to give you the best stamping performance from any polish we created before. From the Brights Collections - HOTTIE TOTTIE (B192), a hot pink color that will awaken that 80's love of neon hiding in your heart. *APPLICATION*: After picking an image from a stamping plate, apply the creative art polish to a portion of the image. At a 45 degree angle, use a scraper to spread excess polish over the rest of the image. Quickly stamp the image from plate to stamper then apply on your nail in a rotation fashion from one side to the other. *NOTE*: This is a set of stamping polish only. NO stampers, scrapers or nail plates come with this items. *WARNINGS*: Keep away from open flames.
