Green Tea, and Black Tea are very familiar to a western tea drinker, but Oolong is probably one of the most overlooked segments. Oolong is tea that is oxodized to the point of being nearly right in the middle of Green and Black tea, making for a slightly floral cup, with an earthy finish.
