The Titan Fitness Olympic Bar Clips fit exactly onto standard 2" diameter Olympic barbells to safely lift barbells without fear of the plates falling off. All you need to do is squeeze the handles together to pull off and remove or add weight plates and then replace. The heavy duty construction and high tension ensure our high quality weight plates stay where they are. When you're not using them, you can store them on the Titan Plate & Barbell Tree or T-2/T-3 Titan Power Racks to keep your other plates in place!
