Q1:About Hair Smell
Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo,and we will put hair oil to protecting the hair from being dried during long term delivery.Please pay attention to that it will not do any harm to your health.And it will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner.
Q2:About Tangle
The hair tangles due to dry ,oil and dirt,please do not comb(even the wide tooth comb) it under this condition. Make sure to wash your hair twice a week.if it dues to the dry,please use some good conditioner to wash it,do not use the shampoo ,do some deep condition with it.
Q3:About Split
Frankly,only virgin hair will have the split ends,the hair may have a little dry after leaving a donor hair because it lost human nutrition. You can put some olive oil to make them good.
Q4:Can I dye/color the hair?
A: Yes, The hair can be colored. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker color, since it is difficult for the original color to fade.
