Why we made the new version charge cable for Fitbit charge HR? We have sold thousands of charge cables for Fitbit Charge HR and collected lots of feedbacks from our customers. Based on the feedbacks, we found that there is a defect of traditional charging cables on the market as it is mainly designed for charging by directly plugging the prongs into the charge port which may cause damage to the Fitbit back metal cover. Therefore, we designed this new model to offer better experience to our customers.
