TIPS:
i) Empty any excess water from the water tank after each use. The accumulated mineral residue of water may adhere to the internal heater of your Garment Steamer which might cause intermittent steaming, water leaking even no steaming.
ii) Never turn the unit upside down. Your Travel Garment Steamer should never be tilted past a 45-degree angle especially when the unit is ON.
iii) If your Travel Garment Steamer is not emitting steam, the water level is too low. Turn the ON/OFF switch OFF and refill. Never Fill Water Past the Maximum Level.
iv) To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitting from steam vents, check the water level and indicator light on your Steamer before each use. Never get the steam nozzle point at anybody directly.
v) If you often fill your Travel Garment Steamer with tap water, we suggest you follow the cleaning procedure of the user manual once a month to help avoid mineral buildup.
