The Armor SX5000 WB is a low VOC, water based Silane Siloxane sealer that is approved by the Department of Transportation in several states as a water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the surface where it chemically reacts to form a water repellent barrier within the pores, reducing surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB will not change the look or color of the surface, and it will not leave behind a visible surface film. Surfaces sealed with the Armor SX5000 WB become more resistant to damage caused by water absorption such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw damage, salt damage, some staining, and efflorescence. The Armor SX5000 WB can be applied to a variety of interior and exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, pavers, aggregate, and natural stone. Whether you are looking to seal a garage floor or driveway, patio or pool deck, the Armor SX5000 makes for a perfect long-term sealing solution. It can easily be applied with a pump sprayer or roller. 5 gallons will cover up to 500 square feet in two coats, or up to 1000 square feet in 1 coat. Coverage varies depending on applicator and surface porosity.
