Hard Anodized Aluminum
Anodized aluminum provides a very durable non-stick coating which is resistant to corrosion and salts. Cookware or bakeware that is hard anodized is assumed to have a much more durable cooking surface than some other nonstick finishes.

Bisquettes Saver
