This Alembic Dome - made up of the T500 Boiler with a Pot Alembic Dome Top and Pot Dome Alembic Condenser. The large copper surafce area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapour and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted compounds. Instead of stripping flavours, these components work by retaining and enhancing flavours. *Note this unit includeds only the Alembic condenser and Alembic dome top. T-500 boiler sold separately.
