Directions

Wet hair and body completely. Pour a quarter-sized dollop of wash into the palm of your hand. Massage the shampoo into the scalp, working through your hair, covering the entire hair shaft from root to tip. For a body wash, pour another dollop of wash into the palm of your hand to cleanse the body. Rinse thoroughly and follow up with your preferred conditioner.
