We have selected colors that are an extension of our best-selling enamel colors to beautifully round out consumers' cookware collections. Stoneware is very convenient for when you want to bake family dishes like lasagna (more acidic) or need more gentle heat / less of a crust. It also gives consumers the ability to freeze and reheat the dish - even in a microwave. Stoneware provides very even heat distribution and is great for the avid baker. Why would consumers choose Lodge Stoneware? Lodge stoneware is twice-fired for durability with a glazed finish that resist stains. Each piece was custom designed by Lodge based on learnings from thorough testing in Lodge's test kitchen. We selected dish dimensions that are most commonly used in recipes and designed each piece with plenty of depth - so that you never feel the dish is too shallow. Handles are arced for easy lifting in /out of oven. The stoneware's glazed finish is easy to clean. What is the max temperature? Any other cooking notes? Oven-safe to up to 450 Degree.
