How to Use
Add 4-8 drops/100 mls (3-4 oz) water to your diffuser, or to a pot of heated water once removed from the heat source. Apply to skin well diluted, (2%) in carrier oil, cream or lotion
Do not use in pregnancy, with high blood pressure, or with epilepsy. Avoid steam inhalation as mucous membranes can become irritated
