Suggested Use: Apply crème-to-powder eyeshadow stick to lids. Before color sets, use the built-in smudger tool or your finger to blend. For best results, prime the smudger first by applying Eyeshadow 101 to the back of your hand, then load the shadow onto the smudger prior to use.
