Refresh Liquid Wipe replaces flushable wipes because you use it directly on toilet tissue. Formulated with Witch Hazel and Aloe to Cleanse and Soothe. Unlike some other products (or water) Refresh foam stays on top of toilet paper in a foam state and you can add a little or a lot depending upon your personal preference. One or two pumps will remain on the surface for more than a minute without compromising the structural integrity of the tissue. Wipes come presoaked and they have to be strong enough to remain intact for use, which is why they don't break down like toilet paper moments after being flushed. Also, you can't customize the level of moisture in a wipe the way you can with Refresh and toilet tissue.
