This is a complete kit to replace the worn out or missing rubber bumpers and plastic end caps on your Jeep CJ7/CJ8/Scrambler rear swing tire carrier. You will receive 4 rubber bumpers and 4 new plastic end caps. I also include all replacement stainless steel hardware including for the 2 lower bumpers (2 screws, 2 nuts and 2 washers) and the 2 top bumpers (2 sheet metal screws). That's correct, stainless steel. The bumpers have stainless steel washers already built in. The end caps are two different sizes to accommodate the two different size square steel tubes on the tire carrier.
