â„ Cold Therapy
Flatten in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then bag in fabric pouch or use a towel or clothe to cover gel pack in case of against your skin directly.
Cold therapy perfect for pain relief, including head, shoulder, back, waist, knee or any other joint swelling. Also apply on essential aid, fever and headache. And keeping gel in liquid is better than solid.
✅ Heat Therapy
Heat therapy can be used in hot water and microwave.
1. In Hot Water.
Place it into the hot water for 10 minutes. And you can fold it if it can not be hold in container. You still put it in fabric pouch in case of scald.
2. In Microwave
If 10 minutes is too long to wait, you can microwave it for 30-60 seconds each side, but better keep 700W power level to heat. Besides, overheat will cause pack burst, please be careful for heating time.
Heat therapy is used to encourage blood flow and circulation, release sore muscle pains, comfort minor arthritis and menstrual.
