3. If cartridge not recognized by printer, remove the cartridge carefully, gently wipe the contact points on the printer with a moist, lint free, soft cloth. Then firmly re-install the cartridge, making sure it "clicks" into place.
4. If line or blurry happens, Pls follow your printer's instructions, run a print cartridge cleaning and re-alignment function. We suggest you clean the printer heads everytime you replace the ink cartridge.
