1. Make your hands or feet clean and dry before usage,each usage lasts 30-60 minutes;
2. It fits your hands or feet all the year round and it has better effect with skin care products;
3. Can use alone or in conjunction with moisturizing and whitening cream, for creating better effect.(After taking a bath, apply moisturizing cream and wear Moisturizing Silicone Gel Heel Sleeve for minimum 30 minutes.)
4. The nutritional moisture components will be absorbed and become less and less after multiple usage.Replacement is suggested after 2- 3 months usage;
5. 3-5 times usage once a week is recommended.
