Special Hi-Molybdenum tool steel, gold surface treated body, flute and point for maximum lubricity. Super CHIPFREE point is precision ground at a 60 degree angle for gradual penetration to avoid cracking and chipping of the acrylic material. The BG4500 set contains 1ea 1/8", 3/16",1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", and 1/2" drill bits. 1/8" - 1/4" drills have a straight shank, 5/16" - 1/2" drills have a 1/4" reduced shank. High quality soft case securely holds and protects drills. Case has hook and loop closure and a convenient belt clip. The drill bits in this soft case set are made from the same Hi-Molybdenum tool steel as our 7pc Mechanic Drill Set part # BG4500M.
