Each year Carly goes camping out in the wilderness with her stepmother Mindy and stepsister Gina, a tradition she values even more now both she and Gina are in college. But when Gina suddenly comes down with a fever in a remote area several days away from civilization, things look bleak.

However, Mindy soon confesses that Gina is not sick but undergoing a strange transformation - developing a huge and hard addition between her legs. And she warns that with the changes will come uncontrollable, insatiable desires.

With her stepsister tormented by powerful lusts she has no ability to handle, Carly soon realizes that there is one only person who can help Gina - Carly herself...
