How about the hair Smell?
Hair smell£ºFactory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put the hair oil to hairs before shipment, producing the hair from being dry during the long term delivery, but the smell will fade away after washing via good shampoo and conditioner.

How about the hair length ?
Length: we will check double check the hair type and the length before she shipment. When you received the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, then you will get the correct length.

How about the hair Coloring ?
Hair Coloring: All hair can be dyed and bleached to any color you want, but remember virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving hair donor, so please do not dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will do harm on hairs. Also please do it professionally.

How about the hair Shedding and Tangling ?
Shedding: there will be a few strands in hands when comb hairs with fingers, but it is normal, just like our own hair. We highly suggest you sew the weft before installing, it will avoid the shedding in future, and please comb the hair with wide tooth comb.
Tangling: the hair will be tangles due to dryness, oil &dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. make sure to wash &condition your hair twice a week. use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
