How much to work it off? This is a fun and entertaining poster that illustrates the perils of calorie-dense, nutrient-sparse food choices. The brightly-colored photos of common fast foods, drinks, and snacks that are high in fat and or sugar and commonly served in large portions are paired with the time it takes to walk off their calories. This poster illustrates that there is simply not enough time in most people's day to work off a bad diet. While exercise is always a great idea for better health it has to accompany a healthy diet, too, for a healthy weight that is sustained over time. Here is a fun exercise poster to show how many calories are in many foods and how long it takes to walk them off!
