There are a huge differences among ovens, so we advise to use common kitchen sense.

Although we named it "Double Magic", remember that "Magic" depends on your baking skills and practices.

Here are our Basic Guidelines:

1. This cookware tool is sturdy yet flexible. TIP: Place it on a baking sheet paper before inserting into the oven. It would be easier to balance when full.

2. Spray both top and bottom trays with a baking spray.

3. Fill bottom part with batter ingredients (prepared in advance)-almost to the rim-and cover with the top cover.

Remember: below the rim-and cake pops will have flat top, too much-and they will ooze into each other or even spill over.

4. Place the cupcakes baking pan in a preheated oven, on a baking sheet paper, and bake it at around 375ºF.

-- Baking Time: About 15-25 minutes (temperature and time may vary – Batter and Oven Dependent!).

-- The top cover has holes for steam to escape, and conveniently to test - using a toothpick - if the pastry is ready!

5. Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then, carefully (in order to avoid steam burns) remove the top cover and wait more 5 - 10 minutes.

-- The main reason for removing the top cover: if left closed, the contained steam would make the pastries a little damp and mushy.

-- Now, pop pastries out easily into a serving plate.

6. Rinse and clean using hot water and dry with a towel paper after each batch.
