Swimming Goggles Directions:
- Unfold the strap with your thumbs and put it behind your head, then pull the lenses to your forehead.
- Move the lenses to your eye socket from forehead.
- After that, please adjust the strap to a proper position with your hands and test the tightness of the goggles.
- Press the goggles gently to squeeze out the excess air and do some tests in case of air leakage.
- Make sure the size of the goggles fully cover your eye socket to get the most comfort fit.
CAUTIONS:
* Do not remove the goggle directly from your face and eyes in case it bounces back and hurts your eyes.
* Do not use swimming goggles more than 30 minutes every time and rest your eyes after swimming.
* Do not dive with it in the deep water as the pressure in the water may hurt your eyes.
* swimming goggles are designed for light-level swimming sports so please do not use for extreme sports, such as high dive or cliff dive.
* Do not leave the goggles out under direct sunlight or expose it to high temperature, as it may dry the soft silicone seals and fade its color.
