Bill Russell has just found the love of his life in Nancy Johnson. She is sweet, beautiful, sexy, and married to a psychopathic, abusive husband named Jake. Bill has tried to talk her into leaving the volatile marriage that she has resigned herself to. He knows she loves him just as much as he loves her, but Jake has her too afraid to get away from him.

Bill is content to keep seeing Nancy in secret—for now. One night when leaving Nancy’s house Bill has a car accident that leaves him in a coma fighting for his life for three months. When he awakens he finds that his love Nancy has killed herself for fear that he will never wake up.

Distraught and wounded Bill nevertheless tries to return to normal life. For the most part he succeeds, quickly getting his body back in perfect working form after weeks of dedicated rehab therapy and soon he is ready to go home.

But on his first night back home he realizes something is very wrong. Bill Russell is beginning to discover strange things in his home that he cannot explain. Strange things such as human ears in his closet and a secret video of someone torturing a beautiful young woman to death. All left for him to find like breadcrumbs on some bizarre scavenger hunt.

Bill has no one to turn to and no way out of the madness.
