- Compatibility & Usage: Hatchlift RV bed lift kits are not replacement springs and are for new RV installations only. No foam mattresses. Order the correct kit for your current RV bed, not future upgrades/toppers.
- Ordering Guidelines: Order the correct kit for your current RV bed setup. Do not purchase for future mattress upgrades or adding a pillow topper later—kits are designed for existing configurations only.
- Measurement Requirements: For partial platform beds, measure the inside compartment dimensions before ordering. Accurate measurements ensure proper fit and functionality for your RV storage needs.
- Installation Requirements: These kits require woodworking/mechanical skills for installation. Not compatible with bunk beds, radius beds, side-load beds, or fixed base beds in slide-outs (deck, mattress, and base must slide together).
- Included Components: Bed lift kits include mounting hardware, wood blocks, and two 20" x 150 lb. gas springs for installing both sides of the RV bed. Designed for standard recreational vehicle bed platforms requiring robust lift support.
