WHERE TO USE: the best are relatively soft surfaces such as wooden floors, mats, 'short hair' carpets. Avoid concrete and similar surfaces because such surfaces ware out the jump rope coating and the rope essentially faster. The softer is a surface you are using the jump rope on the longer it will serve you.
