LAYOUT
A smart layout constructed with user surveys, and refined by real world use in the lab. Featuring a user information block on the first page for quick reference, followed by full user and book information block, 4 pages of pre-numbered index, 134 numbered pages, abbreviation and accessory data tables, and standard conversion and reference charts.


BUILD
Extra heavyweight bookboard, laminated cover, and heavy-gauge, double punched wire binding makes all Vela Advanced Wirebounds extremly tough and ready for the field or lab. The doublewire binding prevents pages from slipping out like typical single wire binding, and also prevents any crushing of the spine, ensuring true layflat pages. The rigid 98pt back bookboard is rigid and allows for a solid writing surface wherever you are.  


NON ISO USE
We reccomend using this for non ISO certified research only, as spiral binding of any sort does not constitue as permanent and/or tamper evident binding (a requirment of most ISO lab research in the USA) .


MATERIALS
The 105 gsm heavyweight, archival quality paper is noticeably heavier than that found in most lab notebooks. This heavier paper works to reduce ink show through and lends itself to a more durable, lasting book. This paper is also manufactured Elemental Chlorine Free and is SFI certified.
