The Switch button on the side of the product:The HDMI resolution will be showed between 720p and the 1080p,and this product only support 720p and 1080p output,Please make the correctly settings with the HDMI displayer.

2.When you use this product, it must be powered by the distributed Micro USB cable.
3.Please make a settings to be HDMI input channel with your HDMI display,otherwise it will be no signal.
4.When you press the button on the side of the product,many times will be showed no signals,but only 720p and 1080p will show image.It not means the product is default,if you can not get signal all the way,please reset the product.
