Grown in the south of Greece, these olives are harvested and then processed by suppliers in Thessaloniki. After being cured in a light brine, the olives are sun dried to perfection and lightly tossed in a small amount of oil for packaging. The result is an intense, meaty olive with a semi-dry texture-and a pit! Don't forget about that.
