FAQ
Q: I cannot charge it.
A: Please make sure the charging pins are connected properly, please give it more tries and the screen will light up when it begins to charge.
Q: Stopped working for several days after a full charge and gets water inside.
A: We do not suggest taking it to shower because the vapor would get inside, please contact us for solution.
Q: It did not work with my phone.
A: Please make sure your phone is with iOS 7.0 (or later) for iPhone, or Android 4.3 (or later) for Android phones. Please set up the app in the phone and connect to the U1.
Q: It did not track my sleep.
A: Please put the U1 on the wrist when sleeping and sync it to the app the next day. If this fails please release the connection for the U1 and the app, and get them connected again.
