About returning

The returned product must be unopened. Please return it in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, please return it in the same OPP bag. We refuse to return damaged packaging or used products. If you do not like our products, or have any comments or suggestions on our products, please write to our customer service, we welcome your email.

About product using

Please make sure that you use the product on the premise that you are satisfied with our products. Any used products and products damaged by buyers cannot be returned or exchanged.Our products are suitable for babies within 1-8 weeks. Because the weight of each baby is different, we have tried our best to control our product size within a reasonable range so that different weight babies can use it.Our products are sterilized by ultraviolet rays before production and packaging. They may be wet during transportation and cause bacteria to occur. Please hand wash them with a special wool shampoo before using for your baby. Please be sure to dry them flatly. Do not machine wash or hang to dry, so as to avoid deformation of the product and affect the shooting effect.As each photographer's shooting level is different, our product model pictures are for reference only. Because the shooting light of the product or computer screen resolution will cause chromatic aberration of the product picture, we are already trying to avoid chromatic aberration.
