Instructions:

1.Remove one half of the backing from the side of the lifer before applying to your skin;
2.Place the adhesive part on your breasts, the crescent shape to be pointed downward against your breast just above the areola;
3.Remove the backing of the top half of the lifter and pull upward up to the desired position;
4.Press the adhesive portion on the top half of the lifter firmly against your breast. The same procedures are needed for the other side;
