Troubleshooting Steps:

1.Touch screen cannot work.
Please check whether both OS have the same problem, if only windows has the problem, please ask for the touch driver from us.

2.The tablet cannot boot up.
If the tablet cannot enter windows but there is blue screen, please ask for the way from us to reinstall windows. If the screen is black, please get it charged 10 minutes, if it cannot work, please change other power cord and charger. The reason is to make sure whether the power cord or charger is broken. If the power cord and charger works, please get it charged for 30 minutes and press the power button 3 times and long press the power button for 10 minutes.

3. The tablet cannot charge
Please make sure whether it is windows that cannot get charged or both os cannot be charged. If windows cannot get charged, please ask for the windows image from us to reinstall windows. If both os cannot get charged, please make sure whether the power cord and charger work.

4. The tablet cannot read SD card.
Please make sure whether both OS can read the SD card(please do not use 128GB sd card to test it). If single OS cannot read the SD card, please ask for the BIOS from us to flash BIOS. If both SD card cannot be read, the tablet needs to change motherboard.

5. Wifi cannot work.
Please check whether both OS have the same problem, if only windows has the problem, please ask for the touch driver from us.

Please do not update system randomly,chuwi hi10 pro do not support update system.
