To open your diffuser hold the unit in one hand with the bottom resting in your palm, then gently twist from the line at the middle of the diffuser. DO NOT twist the small round section at the top! Consistent and reliable essential oil mist to create a pleasant and relaxing environment. Automatically changing LED lights contribute to the relaxing effect of the mist.Too much oil or oil that is not water-soluble can clog the cotton wick. If that happens and there's only a little oil fragrance or only a small amount of mist, remove the wick, soak it for a few minutes in water, rinse thoroughly, and place it back in the diffuser.
