Dave works at Dynamic Labs, where his boss Dr. Karen Hale is working on a special drug that allows people to swap their gender.

Dave considers himself as straight as they come, but he ends up as Dynamic Labs' newest guinea pig. He has to become a woman for a month and contend with daily tests administered by Dr. Hale.

He starts out hating the whole experience, and his girlfriend, Jane, is initially skeptical, but with Jane's help and enthusiasm, he comes to love being a woman, and his new sex life.

With his inhibitions out the window, Dave can make all his wildest fantasies come true.
