Attention Before Measuring
1. Do not take a bath, exercise, eat, medication or drink within 30 minutes before the testing.
2. Avoid speaking or moving body parts while testing.
3. Keeping your wrist level with your heart (normally test with left wrist)
4. Wait 5 minutes or longer before re-testing
5. Test at the same time every day, on the same wrist

Important Tips
Q: Why there are E-1 ?
A: It caused by weak signal or pressure change suddenly, wrap the cuff properly and remeasure with correct way

Q: Why there have E-2 ?
A: It caused by external strong disturbance, away from the high radiant device and no chatting during measurement

Q: How about E-3?
A: It appears during the process of inflating, wrap the cuff properly and remeasure

Q: E-5?
A: It shows abnormal blood pressure, relax 30 minutes and remeasure ,if it still like this, please contact your doctor
